Bending Department
The Bending Department is equipped with the following
machines:
- CNC mandrel bending machine up to Ø 220.0 x 20.0 mm (PDF)
- CNC mandrel bending machine up to Ø 50.0 x 5.0 mm (PDF)
- CNC mandrel bending machine up to Ø 60.0 x 6.0 mm
- Hydraulic mandrel bending machine up to Ø 90.0 x 3.5 mm
- Various hydraulic bending machines up to Ø 42.0 mm

Welding Department
Our Welding Department is equipped with modern TIG, MIG and
electrode welders and welding manipulators for welding products
such as weld nipples and flanges to exact customer
specifications.
In addition, all our welders are certified to DNV standards and
welding is carried out according to DIN and ISO and
standards.
Pipe end machining
Pipingcare has several machines for machining various common
types of pipe ends.
- Walform+
- EO2 form
- Cutting ring
- Flare F37
- Flange
- Retaining F37
- HPF
Finishing
The pipes are cleaned, closed and preservation coated to customer
specifications in our extensively equipped Finishing
Department.
Testing
All products made by us can be tested as agreed. Pipingcare can
perform the following tests:
- Rinsing in accordance with NAS 1638/ISO 4406, including oil
sample analysis and extensive digital reporting.
- Non-destructive inspection by third parties, including X-ray,
ultrasound, isotopic testing and dye penetrant inspection.
- Pressure testing under our own supervision or under the
supervision of an independent third party, with digital
reporting.
